Furniture Sales Engineer

Cairo, Egypt

This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage B2C and B2B sales.
  • Understand client’s vision and interpret into the suitable selection with focus on furniture, carpet, lighting, artwork and accessories.
  • Communicate with clients online and offline, prepare financial proposals, and follow up on orders.
  • Coordinate with production, marketing and finance departments.
  • Develop 2D plans and mood boards when necessary.
  • Develop 2D and 3D for new products when necessary.
  • Vendor acquisition as per the business needs when necessary.
  • Confirm orders with customers and prepare their job orders for production and sourcing.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related design field.
  • 1-3 years of sales and design experience.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop; 3D Max is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in the furniture industry.
  • Creative with strong design and presentation skills.
  • Initiative-driven with project management abilities.
  • Meticulous, team player, able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
