This is a full-time, on-site role for a Make To Order Sales Manager based in Indore. The role involves managing customer relations, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the delivery of custom-made furniture solutions & should have relevant skills to provide customers with plan, elevation and 3d views for closing the orders. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end sales process, drive revenue growth, coordinate with design and production teams, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities & Skills Required for MTO Manager-:
1) Client Acquisition & Consultation: Greet and engage customers to understand their unique needs, style preferences, budget, and space limitations for custom pieces.
2) Design / Drawings and Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on various design options, materials, finishes, and functionality. This includes explaining complex features of different products to help clients make informed decisions.
3) Order Advance payment collection & Initial Drawings Approval from customer: Work closely with customers to specify the exact details of their custom furniture order, including dimensions, fabric choices, and finishes, ensuring all requirements are accurately captured.
4)Collaboration with Internal Teams to meet customer SPECs and timelines before final commitment:
5)Final Quote and Contract Management: Re- update customer post internal confirmation & prepare detailed proposals, price quotes, and sales agreements, clearly outlining all terms, estimated delivery dates, and payment schedules.
6)Customer Relationship Management
7)Problem Resolution to ensure Customer satisfaction: Proactively address any customer concerns or issues that may arise during the production or delivery process, expediting solutions to maximize satisfaction.
8)Market Awareness: Stay informed about current interior design trends, new product innovations, and competitor activities to provide relevant and up-to-date advice to customer.
Key Skills and Qualifications
1) 1) Experience & Qualification-: Min 3+ years’ experience in relevant field and preferably having qualification in Architectural / Interior Designing to assist customers with aesthetic decisions. Should have relevant skills to provide customers with plan, elevation and 3d views for closing orders.
2) In-depth Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of furniture construction, materials, and customization options is crucial to advising clients effectively.
3) Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail to manage multiple orders, client interactions, and project timelines accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
