Furniture Sales/Designer

Hill Country Interiors, a custom furniture retailer for over 35 years located in N/C San Antonio, has immediate position available for ONE talented/experienced sales consultant. You will collaborate with ownership and sales team to achieve your business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and profits. **3-4 days per week, 10am-5pm, no nights or Sundays.** This is an automatic $65K minimal -$150K+ per year position easily for an experienced sales person with furniture background.

*5+ years of sales experience, love interior design, furniture and/or interior design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
• Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
• Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
• Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
• Analyze market trends
• Monitor competition and follow current developments
• Ensure sales is up-to-date with your business targets

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
