Swapping rails, replacing hardware, adjusting mechanisms, tightening frames, installing parts, correcting alignment issues, and making furniture safe and presentable.

Delivering or assisting with delivery of smaller items such as rugs, lamps, accessories, replacement parts, rails, and service-related merchandise.

Helping move, stage, repair, and reset showroom merchandise as needed.

Diagnosing service issues and determining whether a product can be repaired, needs parts, should be exchanged, or should be escalated to management.

Maintaining organized service tools, supplies, parts, touch-up kits, hardware, and repair materials.

Communicating clearly with managers, sales staff, warehouse team, delivery team, and customer service regarding repair status and next steps.

Swapping electrical components, reclining mechanisms and motors.

Completing basic service paperwork, notes, photos, and documentation for completed repairs.

Representing the company professionally when working inside customer homes.
