Furniture Showroom Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Assist customers with inquiries and needs, providing knowledgeable guidance.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom.
• Assist in maintaining accurate showroom inventory.
• Manage customer emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Liaise with manufacturers regarding customer orders and queries if need be.
• Support the Store with daily operations and tasks.
• Assist with merchandise display arrangements, including light furniture movement.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the showroom and team.

• Quick problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and basic office equipment.
• Knowledge of interior/exterior design is a plus.
