Furniture Showroom Executive

Person responsible for engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, suggesting suitable furniture options, and ensuring a high-conversion sales experience. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through customised furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on furniture categories, themes, materials, and customisation options.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices.

Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with factory/design teams to manage custom furniture orders.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the manager.
• Generate and nurture leads by contacting and visiting project sites under construction.

After-Sales & Database Management

• Maintain and update customer database.
• Assist in managing after-sales services and customer feedback.
