Furniture & Wall Panel Project Specialist

Pompano Furniture + Design is a growing modern furniture and interior showroom located in Pompano Beach, Florida.

In addition to furniture sales, we also specialize in decorative wall panels, entertainment walls, interior feature walls, and custom interior projects for homes and beach condos throughout South Florida.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, hands-on person who wants to grow with the business long-term.

This is NOT just a traditional retail furniture sales position.

The ideal candidate is:

• hardworking and dependable
• comfortable working with customers
• hands-on and willing to help with installs
• interested in interiors, construction, design, or home improvement
• motivated by growth and opportunity
• willing to learn multiple areas of the business

Responsibilities may include:

• helping customers in the showroom
• assisting with decorative wall panel installs
• helping with measurements and projects
• furniture setup and moving
• helping maintain showroom presentation
• assisting with sales and customer service
• helping grow the business

Sales experience is helpful but not required. Attitude, work ethic, communication, and willingness to learn are more important.

This position has strong long-term growth potential for the right person.

Compensation may include:

• base pay
