Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the crew with daily job site tasks, including shoveling and general labor
• Serve as a spotter/watch for equipment operators to support safe operations
• Carry materials and help with job site setup and organization
• Fuse poly pipe ranging from ½ inch to 6 inch
• Support crew members as needed to keep work progressing efficiently
• Maintain a strong safety focus and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to travel, with home time on weekends
• Physically able to sit, stand, and perform outdoor construction work
