Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct effective Futsal practices tailored to the development needs of each athlete.
• Lead both male and female teams in skill-building, strategy implementation, and competitive readiness.
• Mentor and motivate young athletes, fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Manage team logistics, including scheduling, communication, and coordination for games and tournaments.
• Collaborate with academic and athletic staff to ensure balanced development of student-athletes.
• Analyze performance and provide constructive feedback to optimize player and team progression.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment that promotes physical and mental well-being.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of Futsal coaching experience at the competitive or academic level.
• Strong knowledge of Futsal techniques, training methodologies, and game strategy.
• Proven ability to inspire and guide young athletes in a structured setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture.
• Coaching certifications or relevant qualifications preferred but not required.
