This position facilitates credential partnerships and development to support the Global Future Workforce strategy to educate and empower the future workforce, providing a talent pipeline to Siemens and Siemens customers/partners.

Primary responsibilities are to lead and facilitate quality-assured credential partnerships and the development and implementation of credentials, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This is an individual contributor role in the organization reporting to the Global Enablement Lead.


Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external communication with stakeholders to manage specific credential partnerships and related content development/production
  • Drive the implementation of strategies to develop and manage academic and workforce development credential initiatives, including strategy alignment as well as oversight of planning, facilitation, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance/enhancement
  • Lead quality assurance review processes for external validation and recognition
  • Conduct strategic planning to include market analysis, segment and zone stakeholder feedback, and learner input to drive the development and iteration of credentials and user experiences
  • Leverage AI including agent builds to streamline and scale processes to enhance development and speed adoption
  • Develop credential-related templates, guidance, and implementation playbooks; provide consultation to other teams and external stakeholders as appropriate
  • Proactively recommend and pursue credential opportunities that could provide differentiation, add value and align with goals


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing successful programs and projects
  • Experience developing credentials and/or educational content development and production management
  • Experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development
  • Demonstrated strategic stakeholder management experience, particularly within cross-functional organizations, and partnership development, specifically with academic-university collaborations
  • Ability to independently create/execute from an initial vision, within parameters; comfort with ambiguity
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with ability to take initiative in driving projects forward
  • Team player and collaborative problem-solver
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Experience within higher education institutions
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Siemens PLM and/or EDA software
  • Knowledge of and/or familiarity with educational technology market

The pay range for this position is 102,500 - 184,500 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
