The Futures Product Operations role at OneBullEx functions as our "Lead Mechanic." While others focus on the race, you are responsible for building, maintaining, and upgrading the engine. You ensure the brakes work (functional logic), the manual is clear (GTM), and every new upgrade helps our traders drive faster and smoother.

Core Responsibilities / 核心职责

Strategy to Requirement / 业务需求定义与战略承接

• BRD Writing: Translate quarterly strategies (e.g., targeting long-tail asset markets or AI trading competitions) into rigorous Business Requirement Documents. Define core parameters such as position limits and rebate structures.
• 撰写业务需求文档 (BRD)： 承接合约业务部战略（如：主打长尾小币种市场、AI 交易大赛），将其转化为逻辑严密的业务需求，明确定义核心参数（如：最大持仓限制、返佣层级结构）。
• Market Benchmarking: Monitor top-tier competitors to analyze the underlying logic of new features (e.g., Unified Margin, Copy Trading) and convert these insights into competitive internal product iterations.
• 竞品与市场对标： 持续监控一线竞品的产品动态，分析其新功能的底层逻辑（如：联合保证金、跟单系统），输出差异化竞争策略并转化为内部迭代需求。
• Risk Parameter Management: Collaborate with risk experts to define backend configurations for liquidation triggers, slippage coefficients, and funding rate limits.
• 风控参数配置管理： 协同风控专家负责后台风控参数（如：强平触发线、大单滑点系数、资金费率上下限）的配置需求定义，支持精细化风控。
  
  

PM Interface & Deep UAT / 产品对接与深度验收

• PRD Review: Represent the business side during Product Requirement Document reviews. Audit product logic from a trader's perspective to prevent designs that contradict trading intuition or create arbitrage loopholes.
• 需求评审与纠偏： 作为业务方代表参与 PM 的需求评审 (PRD Review)，从交易员视角审视逻辑，叫停不符合交易直觉或存在套利漏洞的方案。
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct "Black-box" testing on new systems. Beyond basic functionality, you will test extreme scenarios (e.g., liquidation experience during volatility) and hold veto power over V2 system launches.
• 业务验收测试 (UAT)： 上线前进行"黑盒测试"，测试极端场景（如：剧烈插针时的强平体验）。你对新系统的上线拥有一票否决权。
  
  

GTM & Operational Empowerment / GTM 与运营赋能

• Feature Positioning: Extract core value propositions of new features into "layman's terms" for the marketing team. Audit all public announcements and tutorials to ensure professional terminology is accurate.
• 卖点提炼与宣发： 为市场运营团队提炼"人话版"产品卖点，审核所有对外公告、教程与文案，确保专业术语准确无误。
• Knowledge Base Support: Establish a support "Knowledge Base" for complex concepts (e.g., ADL, Unrealized PnL). Author technical white papers and FAQs to empower the customer service team and reduce complaints.
• 客服赋能体系： 针对复杂金融概念（如 ADL 自动减仓、未结盈亏计算）编写硬核《交易逻辑白皮书》与内部 FAQ，建立客服知识库更新机制。
  
  

Requirements / 任职要求

Background & Experience / 背景经验

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Trading Product Management, or Risk Operations within a CEX or DEX environment.
• 本科及以上学历，3 年以上 CEX 或 DEX 产品运营、交易类产品经理或风控运营经验。
• Must be a Seasoned Trader: Direct experience in live trading is mandatory. You must deeply understand Orderbooks, AMM, Mark/Index Price, and Funding Rates.
• 必须是成熟的合约交易员： 拥有真实的实盘交易经验，深刻理解订单薄、AMM、标记/指数价格、资金费率等底层机制。

• Documentation: Ability to write clear, unambiguous BRDs and create complex business swimlane and state machine diagrams.
