Job Overview

We are looking for Cashiers and Line cooks!!! All Positions are tip shared Base pay is $11.00-$15.00 Depending on experience!!!

Whether you're taking orders, handling cash, or maintaining a clean and safe workspace, your contributions will keep our restaurant running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Greet customers with a warm, energetic attitude and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions with precision, and perform cashiering duties including food handling and basic math calculations.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards throughout the shift.
• Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and packaging orders efficiently.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities like serving customers, food prep, and food safety compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation procedures, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
