Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and professional Telesales Executive to promote Forex and Stock Market products while strictly following SCA compliance and ethical sales practices.

The role involves outbound calling, explaining regulated financial products, and generating qualified leads in a professional and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Explain Forex and Stock Market products clearly and compliantly
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads
• Maintain accurate client records as per SCA regulations
• Follow company scripts, compliance rules, and ethical sales practices

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (financial services preferred)
• Knowledge of Forex and Stock Markets is an added advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a regulated and target-driven environment
• Professional, ethical, and result-oriented attitude

Language Requirement:

English (Required)

Malayalam / Hindi / Urdu / Tamil (Required)
