CWG Markets is a global forex and CFD broker with registered offices in the UK, Dubai, China, Singapore, Nigeria, Malaysia, and Vietnam. We offer over 500 trading instruments, including FX pairs, Stocks, Indices, and Commodities. Our firm is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), and the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC).

As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Business Development** professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales, relationship management, and business growth strategies within the FX and CFD industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Engage and convert leads by proactively calling and following up to onboard new funded trading accounts.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base and increase market penetration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with CWG Markets’ offerings.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and campaigns.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Represent CWG Markets at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the FX/CFD sector.

- Strong knowledge of the financial markets.

- Experience with MT4/MT5 platforms.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
