G+12 Experienced Engineer

We are seeking a qualified G+12 Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality license to manage and oversee the construction of high-rise buildings up to 12 floors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural design, project management, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead and supervise the execution of G+12 building projects, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Design & Analysis: Conduct structural design and analysis for high-rise buildings, utilizing software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and SAFE.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain project standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Certification: Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 license.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality and Trakhees codes and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
