G+12 SITE SUPERVISION CIVIL ENGINEER

The hiring manager prefers Site Supervision Engineer candidates with minimum of 7 years of experience in Dubai and must have a Dubai Municipality G+12 Structural Design approval with Site Supervision experience:

· Minimum experience of 7 years of project site supervision of mid-rise building in Dubai.

· Has knowledge in Structural Designing and related works.

· Has working knowledge in preparing Bill of Quantities

· Knowledge in DM, Trakhees, DDA and other Govt. Authority regulations and procedures

· Preferably holder of Trakhees Grey and Orange Card

· Has knowledge and particular in site documentation and correspondence

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (graduated not less than 5 years back)

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Site Supervision in Dubai

· Preferably with G+12 Dubai Municipality License (Structural and Supervision)
