Job Description

The Game Center Refurb Sr. Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Game Center and inventory management of arcade equipment. This position ensures operational efficiency through accurate inventory control, vendor coordination, and technical support for internal teams and stores. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in both technical troubleshooting and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors via phone, email, text, and images.
  • Communicating issues with arcade equipment and coordinating with vendors to source manuals and parts.
  • Maintain over $1,000,000 in refurb inventory: monitor on-hand levels, conduct weekly cycle counts, and restock to appropriate par levels.
  • Utilize Workday for inventory management, including parts creation, purchase orders, requisitions, returns, and shipping/receiving.
  • Manage the weekly refurbishment schedule: assign assets to technicians and painters, and ensure alignment with corporate installation timelines.
  • Provide technicians with pull sheets and maintain a comprehensive asset tag/MAC address database.
  • Review completed pull sheets to minimize inventory discrepancies.
  • Report findings to the accounting team and work with Support Center to correct and mitigate issues.
  • Understand internal billing and process flow to account for movement of parts
  • Record and allocate new game parts to appropriate enhancements or projects.
  • Support new store openings and game enhancements with warranty and damage part resolution.
  • Code and process invoices for the Refurb Center.
  • Maintain and report on the Used Parts store weekly.
  • Assist stores with sourcing discontinued or hard-to-find products.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support management with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with arcade equipment and industry-specific troubleshooting. 5+ years’ experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities.
  • Experience with multi-national and multi-unit support is preferred.
