Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring each client feels heard and appreciated
• Explain to guests how to play the games and provide guidance when needed

• Assist guests with check-in and registration
• Provide friendly customer service and ensure guests have a great experience
• Help maintain a clean and organized gaming area
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services
• Handle cash transactions accurately during sales or service processes, maintaining precise records of all transactions
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication to enhance the customer experience
• Support team members by sharing insights from customer interactions to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism
