Overview

We’re searching for a creative Game Designer to shape gameplay systems, levels, progression, and user experience. You will develop documentation and guide the overall game vision.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Game Design Document (GDD).
• Design mechanics, levels, and progression systems.
• Balance difficulty and pacing.
• Work closely with developers and artists to bring ideas to life.

Education / Diploma Requirements

• Diploma in Game Design, Interactive Media, Digital Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Portfolio or design samples can substitute formal education.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of game design principles.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Basic Unity or scripting knowledge.
• UI/UX experience.
