Speaking with/in front of large groups of people is a must!
Mostly, we want to make sure you are having fun! This is a FUN, exciting, entertainment-type job. Guests will be excited, pumped, and looking forward to having a memorable time with you!
Communicating rules, guidelines, and storylines in an exciting way
Surveying / adapting to different situations and personality types to provide the service needed in the form of giving “hints” or “clues” to guide players along the way.

Responsibilities:

Preparing games for customers to play, resetting between games
Greeting customers, briefing rules, narrating game stories, hosting games by monitoring the game process, providing hints or assistance to the players, and debriefing to make sure customers have a good time at our venue.
Re-setting the room between games
Maintaining the facility clean
Comfortable and confident to speak in front of groups of people.
Superb customer service skills

Candidates MUST be available to work nights, weekends, up until 12am, and holidays as needed.
