Perform activities that facilitate the guest experience (including meeting and greeting customers, customer check in, pre-game service, game mastering multiple games at once, interacting with customers, and post-game experience).
Demonstrated computer and typing proficiency
Reset games after they have been played
Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation
Upsell games and merchandise to customers
Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers, creating a “Five-Star Experience”
Maintain safety standards
Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards
