【Job Responsibilities】
1. Assist in executing operation strategies:
Support game community building, user activity improvement, and event rhythm execution according to operation plans;
Monitor server status to ensure a healthy and positive player environment;
Follow up on daily operations such as events, announcements, and gameplay guidance.
2. Coordinate and supervise overseas team members:
Track the daily work of the members and check execution quality;
Record, evaluate, and support their work performance, communication, and user feedback;
Provide timely guidance to ensure stable and high-quality output.
3. Server monitoring & data tracking:
Monitor key indicators such as activity, user trends, and community
Identify issues early (e.g., activity drops, user conflicts, VIP emotional risks) and report to supervisor;
Assist in compiling daily/weekly server health reports.
4. Player feedback collection:
Gather player suggestions, common issues, and feedback into internal reports;
Help summarize feedback from members and extract key issues;
Relay user experience pain points to product and related teams.
【Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the internet industry; experience in APP/game operations preferred.
3. English as a working language; Arabic as mother language.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities; able to handle complex user issues.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude.
6. Familiar with SLG gameplay and community ecosystem.
