Soldiers, scientists, adventurers, oddities...game producers? The Overwatch team, passionate gamers at heart, is looking for a new hero to help us make Overwatch 2 - the globe-spanning sequel to Blizzard Entertainment’s acclaimed team-based FPS game.


We are seeking a Game Producer to join our Overwatch team, specializing in supporting our Cosmetics pipelines. In this role, you will spend your days collaborating with the teams responsible for building amazing cosmetics for Overwatch 2’s diverse cast of Heroes. From development of new cosmetic reward types to the latest over-the-top D.VA skin, our goal is to always surprise and delight our players. We are looking for individuals who possess outstanding production skills, excel in organization, possess exceptional communication abilities, and thrive in managing schedules for complex projects.

This role is a full-time hybrid work position, with some work-from-home and some work on-site at our office in Irvine, California.


What you bring to the table:

  • Empower and provide support to your team, always contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Support effective, efficient communication between developers of all disciplines and specialties. Organize meetings and record meeting notes and follow-ups. Maintain effective tracking of follow-ups to support production.
  • Oversee the delivery of art assets required on a regular cadence for cosmetics, ensuring accurate tracking and proactive issue resolution before launch.
  • Own the tracking and maintenance of day-to-day developer tasking in support of the Cosmetics pipelines.
  • Collaborate with production and art leads to define and refine processes and workflows across all teams supporting our Cosmetics pipelines.
  • Partner with art and design leads to champion artist growth and build a strong team culture.
  • Maintain and communicate department roadmaps, schedules, and capacity.
  • Communicate frequently with the rest of the production team on status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support commercial teams and production leadership to build product roadmaps for both cosmetics content and cosmetics technology development.


Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Producer or Project Manager on a game team
  • Shipped games or worked with live content pipelines (AAA games preferred).
  • Strong understanding of game development, art workflows, and dependency chains.
  • Demonstrable ability to create, track, and maintain team schedules, and facilitate complicated resource planning across multiple projects.
  • Skill to communicate effectively, accurately, and succinctly with key partners of all game development areas.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive towards clarity; strong collaborative problem solver.
  • Knowledge of software development and project management products, including agile frameworks.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
