• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify, document, and reproduce issues clearly.
• Excellent command of English, with advanced written communication skills equivalent to native proficiency
• Comfort working with tools like Jira, Slack and ChatGPT or other AI-enhanced platforms
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to manage visual content creation
• Attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines
• Willingness to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to player feedback, app reviews, and community discussions
• Test our mobile games (iOS & Android) for functionality, performance, and user experience
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs clearly and efficiently
• Write, edit, and improve in-game content such as UI texts, narratives, tutorials, and quests
• Create visually engaging content using AI tools and collaborate on in-game, social, and community materials
• Plan, manage, and publish content across social media platforms, keeping the voice of the brand consistent
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, analysts, and marketers to ensure top-tier user experience
• Stay on top of market trends and player behavior in the casual mobile gaming space
