Qualifications

• Familiarity with casual mobile games and understanding of player behavior and trends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, document, and reproduce issues clearly during testing
• Ability to handle player support tickets with clear, structured, and empathetic written communication
• Ability to write short in-game narratives, quests, or tutorials in fluent English
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Slack, and AI-enhanced platforms (e.g. ChatGPT)
• Ability to manage visual content and interest in experimenting with AI-based image generation tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Willingness to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to player feedback, app reviews, and community discussions
• Test our mobile games (iOS & Android) for functionality, performance, and user experience
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs clearly and efficiently
• Write, edit, translate and improve in-game content such as UI texts, narratives, tutorials, and quests
• Create visually engaging content using AI tools and collaborate on in-game, social, and community materials
• Plan, manage, and publish content across social media platforms, keeping the voice of the brand consistent
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, analysts, and marketers to ensure top-tier user experience
• Stay on top of market trends and player behavior in the casual mobile gaming space
