Gamification Specialist

We’re Hiring: Gamification Specialist (Product Focus) – Remote | Egypt

At Fikrah Ventures, we’re looking for a Gamification Specialist who can think like a Product Manager / Product Owner and help us design engaging digital experiences.

This is not a gaming role — it’s about improving user engagement, retention, and product experience using smart gamification techniques.

What You’ll Do:

• Design engagement features (points, rewards, challenges, levels)
• Improve user retention and product experience
• Convert ideas into user stories & product features
• Work closely with product, design, and development teams
• Track performance (user activity, feature usage, retention)

Who Should Apply:

If you’ve worked on digital products and understand user behavior & engagement, you’re a great fit.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with digital products (apps/web)
• Strong skills in product thinking, UX, and coordination
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, GA

Bonus:

• Experience with gamification concepts (points, rewards, badges, etc.)
• Startup or fintech exposure
