Position: Gaming Community & Influencer Specialist (Gaming Gear & Gaming Monitors)

Location: UAE

Reporting to: Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Lead

Experience Level: 2–4 years

Role Purpose

We are looking for someone who is actively part of gaming culture and wants to turn that passion into meaningful community and influencer execution. This role focuses on Gaming Gear and Gaming Monitors, working closely with gaming communities, creators, and esports ecosystems.

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you must already be involved in gaming communities and eager to grow beyond basic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with regional gaming communities and monitor sentiment and trends
• Identify opportunities, risks, and emerging voices within the gaming ecosystem
• Manage gaming influencers, streamers, and creators
• Coordinate content collaborations and publishing schedules
• Execute community-driven campaigns and activations
• Support Gaming Gear and Gaming Monitor product launches
• Support esports tournaments, leagues, and gaming café initiatives
• Coordinate with a gaming/esports agency for larger activations

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for gaming and esports
• Active involvement in gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, forums)
• Strong initiative and ownership mindset
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow responsibility
• 2–4 years experience in community, influencer, gaming, or related roles
• Language: Professional working proficiency in English is required. Arabic is a strong plus.
