What You’ll Do

As a GAP Claims Adjuster, you will review and process GAP claims from start to finish. You’ll work with customers, lenders, dealers, and internal team members to gather documents, verify information, and help move claims forward accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing GAP claim submissions and supporting documents
• Communicating with customers, lenders, dealers, and finance companies
• Verifying loan information, payoff details, insurance settlements, and contract terms
• Identifying missing documents and following up in a timely, professional way
• Explaining claim status and next steps clearly
• Maintaining accurate notes and claim records
• Working with a team that values speed, accuracy, and great customer service

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience handling GAP claims, auto finance, lending, loans, or similar claims work
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills by phone and email
• Ability to review financial documents and spot inconsistencies
• A customer-focused mindset
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• A team-first attitude
• Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment

Schedule

Monday through Friday, full-time 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
