Exciting Responsibilities:

Engage with patients to verify their information, gather medical history, and confirm their purpose of visit.

Efficiently enter patient information into our state-of-the-art EHR (EMA).

Guide patients through their visit, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for examinations.

Assist physicians during medical exams and procedures, making each patient’s experience seamless.

Schedule medical procedures with precision and care.

Provide essential instructions on medication usage and ensure patients feel empowered in their treatment.

Handle a variety of clinical tasks, including wound care, phlebotomy, and lab specimen collection.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring our medical supplies are always ready and available.

Receive one-on-one mentorship from our providers.
Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree.

Students interested in pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Pre-Med
-
A passion for patient care and a self-motivated spirit.

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations.

Physical Demands

Standing or walking for extended periods of time.

Ability to periodically lift objects or equipment up to 35 lbs.

Moderate levels of pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead to prep exam rooms for patient visits as well as cleaning and sterilizing rooms after patient visits.

The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Ability to hear normal conversation levels.
