Duties
Inspect garage doors and hardware, troubleshoot problems, and repair components such as springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hinges, and openers. Perform routine tune-ups and adjustments to keep systems running smoothly. Install new doors and openers using blueprints and schematics. Put your carpentry, metal fabrication, or welding skills to use when needed. Safely handle heavy lifting and help with occasional remodeling tasks. Keep clear service records and communicate with customers in a friendly, professional way.

Experience
Hands-on experience in garage door repair, construction, or remodeling is ideal—but we’re also excited to meet fast learners with strong mechanical skills. Comfort with hand and power tools is essential. Experience with carpentry, framing, welding, glass installation, or multi-trade maintenance is a big plus. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and follow jobsite safety practices is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
