Job Title: Garage Door Maintenance Technician

Nasco Trading LLC (UAE) is hiring for its Dubai location. We are looking for Maintenance Technician for our Dubai operations.

Job Summary: We are looking for Garage Door Technician to assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial garage door systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manual and automatic garage doors
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
• Inspect, adjust, and replace torsion springs, extension springs, cables, drums, rollers, hinges, tracks, and bearings
• Diagnose and repair garage door motors, control boards, limit switches, encoders, relays, and sensors
• Test and repair photo safety sensors, loop detectors, remote controls, keypads, and push buttons
• Align doors, balance spring systems, and ensure smooth door operation
• Read and understand wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Perform voltage testing, continuity testing, and basic electrical measurements
• Program and configure garage door openers and remote system

Technical Requirements (Basic Level):

• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems
• Ability to identify common faults with guidance
• Basic understanding of AC/DC power and wiring
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred)
• 02 years of experience (freshers can apply)
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
• Good attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Basic experience with garage doors, rolling shutters, or automatic doors
• Driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work flexible hours or attend breakdown calls.
