Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Garage Door Technician / Installer to join our Denver team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining garage doors and garage door openers. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Garage door repair, installation, and replacement
• Garage door opener installation and troubleshooting
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Spring, cable, track, and hardware repairs
• Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Providing clear explanations and excellent customer service
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Completing service calls efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

• Experience as a garage door technician, installer, or mechanical service technician preferred
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Knowledge of jobsite and equipment safety standards
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in Denver, CO
• Ability to lift heavy tools, doors, and equipment
• Prior garage door experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate
