Garage Shop Assistant

Markare Services is looking for a Shop Assistant Employee for our Buffalo, WV. garage. This position offers the ability to grow within the company, paid personal, vacation, and holidays and a great cafeteria style benefits option.

Shop Duties:

• Ability to drive company vehicle to pick up parts (Parts Runner)
• Organize and account for parts when delivered (Inventory Control)
• Tag parts for returns and keep in proper bins
• Keep shop clean and orderly and see that all safety requirements are met
• Keep all shop vehicles fueled and cleaned
• Light maintenance for entire building
• Keep parking lots and grounds clean
• Teamwork & organizational skills
• Reasoning & problem solving skills
• Follow direction
• Read and understand bill of ladings, shipping orders & part orders
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Prior fork lift experience
