GARAGE SUPERVISOR (Maintenance Department)

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Garage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Maintenance Department.

• Requirements:

* Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

* Must have 1* years of experience* in garage/workshop supervision (UAE)

* Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair (light & heavy vehicles preferred)

* Ability to manage a team of technicians and drivers

* Good knowledge of maintenance planning and reporting

* Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily garage operations and maintenance activities

* Assign jobs and monitor performance of mechanics and staff

* Ensure timely servicing and repair of vehicles

* Maintain service schedules and records

* Monitor spare parts usage and inventory

* Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
