Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Garden Center Manager to oversee the full operations of our garden center — including sales, customer service, procurement, inventory, and showroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to ensure smooth business flow

Lead sales activities and customer engagement initiatives

Supervise staff and maintain product displays and stock levels

Oversee service quality, outdoor projects, and vendor relations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail or garden center management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Passion for plants, landscaping, and customer satisfaction
