Garden Center Plant Sales Customer Service Retail

Working at Sloat Garden Center has the benefit of working outdoors. Your duties will include projects that provide moderate daily exercise in the form of walking, lifting, and stocking materials like plants, soils, and pottery. Our team routinely find their strength and stamina has increased because of the work they do at Sloat. Team members also enjoy the fresh air and pleasant aromas of the surrounding plants.

During your time with us you will gain experience about all of the product we sell including the large variety of plant material. We also offer a generous discount to our team members.

Requirements:

Weekend availability

Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively

Duties:

Customer Service and product sales

Stocking/merchandising/pricing/displaying product

Unloading trucks

Plant maintenance

Cashiering and phone service

Maintaining site cleanliness

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
