Gardener

Job Description:

We are a chain of restaurants in Bahrain seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener with proven experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our outlets, ensuring they are clean, well-kept, and visually appealing for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas across restaurant locations

Perform regular tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing

Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely

Ensure all outdoor areas reflect the brand’s aesthetic and cleanliness standards

Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams for seasonal and event-based planning

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of gardening experience in the hospitality industry (hotels or restaurants)

Strong knowledge of landscaping and plant care techniques

Attention to detail and sense of design/aesthetics

Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations if needed

Familiarity with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in guest-facing environments.
