Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Gardener / Landscape Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing residential landscapes while delivering high-quality service with attention to detail and respect for each client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine garden and landscape maintenance (weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, edging)
• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal clean-ups
• Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and small trees
• Follow specific design plans and client preferences with care
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Ensure properties are left clean, polished, and visually appealing
• Communicate respectfully with team members and occasionally with clients
• Handle basic labor jobs on the farm property

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must speak English
• *Valid driver’s license* and reliable transportation to work
• Appreciation for outdoor work and physical labor
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative
• Respectful, positive attitude with clients and team
• Previous landscaping or gardening experience *preferred* (not required—we’re willing to train the right person)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Knowledge of plants, flowers, and seasonal care
• Experience with landscape design or installation
