As an established Landscape company in south eastern CT, We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gardener to join our vibrant team and help cultivate beautiful, healthy outdoor and indoor environments. Duties

• Prepare soil, plant beds, and containers using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal growth conditions.
• Prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to encourage healthy growth and maintain landscape aesthetics.
• Monitor plant health regularly; identify pests or diseases early and apply appropriate treatments or organic solutions.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, planting new flora, removing debris, and ensuring pathways are clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related fields with a strong knowledge of plant care practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes as well as power tools including trimmers and blowers safely and efficiently.
• Growing experience with various plant species including flowers, shrubs, trees or vegetables is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify plant health issues promptly.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
