Gardener / Landscape Crew Member

Pay: From $19.50/hr.
Full-time 1099| Monday–Friday | Dallas + North Dallas

What You’ll Do

• Weekly mowing, edging, blowing, bed clean-ups
• Planting, pruning, seasonal installs
• Mulching, fertilizing, composting, weed control
• Lift 40+ lbs. regularly, work on your feet all day
• Work outdoors in Texas heat, cold, rain — whatever comes
• Support your Crew Leader and keep the day moving fast

What You Bring

• Landscape or groundskeeping experience required (commercial or residential — 2+ year preferred)
• Physically strong, hardworking, and takes pride in a job well done
• Reliable transportation + valid ID
• Positive attitude — no drama, no excuses
