Gardener (Podgorica, Montenegro)

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns
• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and garden areas
• Weed, mulch, and maintain flower beds, hedges, and borders
• Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery, and equipment
• Monitor plant health and treat pests or diseases as needed
• Prepare soil, compost, and planting areas for seasonal planting
• Assist in landscaping projects and garden design implementation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden tools and storage areas
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Coordinate with property owners or supervisors on garden planning and maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
• Knowledge of plants, soil types, fertilizers, and pest control
• Ability to operate gardening machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Basic understanding of landscaping principles

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and performing detailed work
