Who is Mak Rentals?

A locally owned real estate company focusing on short term and long term rental properties. Mak Rentals purchases distressed homes typically, completely remodels them with high quality finishes and rents them either as a long term rental or Airbnb. We need to continuously keep grounds mowed, weeded, and cared for as a result.

What are job responsibilities of this position?

• Ground Maintenance of Properties in Iron Station, Mt. Holly, Denver, Gastonia, Statesville
• Includes mowing properties, weed wacking, trimming, weeding and more.
• Ability and willingness to do whatever's needed at properties. Some of the work will be working directly on large estate of owner which will include vehicle maintenance, minor handyman work, lake maintenance and more.

• Physical ability to work outside and lift up to 50 lbs. If you have a bad back, bad knees or injuries that prevent you from carrying heavy loads, this job wouldn't be a good fit.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive work truck and trailer as needed.

• Detail oriented. Be able to remember instructions and follow them.
• Initiative- find an issue and fix it.
• Humility- willingness to do whatever is needed
• Flexibility- ability to change plans as needed.
• Flexibility to Travel- work will be mostly located in the north Charlotte area of Denver, NC but will also include areas like Gastonia, Mt. Holly, Mooresville and occasionally traveling to areas like Statesville, Troutman, Catawba, etc… may be needed. Having reliable transportation is needed.

Job is full time (40 hours per week) and hours are Weekdays with possible Saturdays, 7:30 am - 4 pm.

You will need to pass a drug test and have a background check. Most tools are provided

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
