Garment Operation/Merchandiser

Position: Garment Merchandiser

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Garment Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations from product development to final delivery.

This fast-paced position requires someone who can effectively manage various tasks and is dedicated to delivering results in a timely and precise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Input orders into the ERP system at a fast pace, generate Material Requisitions , and liaise with production & dispacth team.

2. Enter style specifications into the ERP system in accordance with tech packs.

3. Collaborate with suppliers and factories by providing sample approvals and relaying technical pack details.

4. Maintain regular communication with factories to monitor work-in-progress and ensure on-time deliveries.

5. Oversee the entire process from product development to delivery to meet project timelines.

6. Coordinate with clients for product development, production, and address any post-shipment issues.

7. Resolve any production-related issues through effective communication with relevant departments.

8. Create Bills of Materials (BOM) and ensure the availability of bulk fabric and trims within the specified timeframe.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous experience in the garment industry is essential.

2. Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Exceptional attention to detail.

5. Problem-solving skills and effective communication.

6. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Merchadising: 3 years (Required)
