Garment Quality Control & Packing Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior QC & Packing Supervisor with strong expertise in AQL inspection, garment construction, finishing standards, and shipment documentation within an apparel manufacturing environment in Dubai.

This role requires strong leadership, technical garment knowledge, and experience managing QC teams in a factory setting. Preferably, candidates with experience in Garment QC, Apparel Quality Control, Textile QC, or Packing Supervision in UAE factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise in-line, end-line, and final garment inspection
• Conduct AQL inspection and classify defects (Critical / Major / Minor)
• Ensure garments meet approved samples and measurement charts
• Coordinate rework and approve QC clearance before packing
• Supervise folding, tagging, polybagging, and carton packing
• Verify size-wise, color-wise, and style-wise quantities
• Maintain QC reports (AQL, DHU, Final Inspection Reports)
• Coordinate dispatch with store/logistics team

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control

• Lead in-line, end-line, and final inspections
• Perform AQL 2.5 / 4.0 inspections
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA
• Monitor DHU performance and reduce defect rates
• Issue Final Inspection & Quality Release Reports

Packing & Shipment

• Supervise carton audits and assortment verification
• Approve shipment readiness before dispatch
• Ensure no packing without QC clearance

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare AQL, DHU, CAPA, and Claim Analysis reports
• Coordinate with Production & Operations team

Requirements

• 5–6 years experience in Apparel Quality Control in UAE
• Minimum 2–3 years managing QC team
• Strong understanding of AQL, DHU, CAPA, and garment construction
• Experience with export shipments and buyer compliance
• Advanced Excel reporting skills
• Strong leadership and accountability
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• English required; Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog preferred
