Garment Technical Designer

We are hiring a Technical Designer to manage BOM preparation and flat drawings for multiple client collections and in-house production. This role supports the designing, sampling and production team by ensuring all technical information is clear, accurate, and ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for each design
• Create clear flat drawings for sampling and production use
• List all fabrics, trims, labels, packaging and accessories
• Update BOM and flats after fittings and revisions
• Coordinate with Designers, Pattern Masters and Sampling team
• Ensure production file is complete before sampling and bulk
• Maintain organized digital production folders
• Support costing with accurate material details

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in garment production / technical design
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and trims
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator for flat drawings
• Experience preparing BOM for sampling and bulk
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple styles weekly
• Factory or production house experience preferred

• Clear handover to sampling and production teams
