Job Opportunity – Garments Dispatch Warehouse Officer

Location: Sialkot

Industry: Apparel / Garments Manufacturing

We are looking for a Garments Dispatch Warehouse Officer to manage dispatch operations and ensure timely and accurate shipment of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage dispatch of finished garments as per delivery schedules

Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation of shipments

Maintain dispatch records, GRNs, gate passes, and delivery challans

Coordinate with Production, Export, QA, Logistics and Transporters

Ensure FIFO compliance and accurate stock movement

Verify quantities and styles before dispatch

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in dispatch area

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred

3–4 years experience in garments dispatch or warehouse operations

Good understanding of apparel packing and shipment processes

Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP is a plus)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
