About the Role:

Our Garnishment Support employees will enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, professional office environment. As a Garnishment Support employee your responsibilities will include:

Contacting various banks, credit unions, state and local courts to verify our garnishment and levy paperwork has been received and processed

• Contacting various employers to follow-up on the status and payment of wage garnishments
• Managing the levy and wage garnishment process through a software-based work queue
• Updating account statuses to ensure proper and efficient handling of post-judgment collection accounts
• Collaborate with our Collections and Legal staffs on ad hoc projects

Our most successful team members share the following background and skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or financial services
• Independent thinking and practical problem solving
• Excellent active listening, written and verbal skills
• Determination to meet or exceed individual goals
• Strong customer service skills
