Gas Engineer – Herts, Beds and Bucks

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available | Performance Bonus

You’ll work on a varied workload, including Housing Associations and private domestic properties, giving you experience across both social housing and private residential jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boiler servicing, maintenance, installations, and breakdowns (all major brands)
• Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
• Installing gas cookers, hobs, and range cookers
• Central heating pump replacements
• 2-port & 3-port valve replacements
• Power flushing systems
• Work on vented and unvented cylinders
• Diagnostics, repair work, and reporting job photos

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Gas Safe Registered (valid licence required)
• Full UK driving licence
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (preferred)
• Unvented qualification (preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Professional, reliable, and a team player
• Ideally based in or near Hertfordshire
