Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles quickly and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Operate cash registers with precision, handling cash, credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling records.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, services, and store promotions with clear communication and friendly phone etiquette.
• Upsell products such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety standards while ensuring quality presentation.
• Stock shelves, merchandise products attractively, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained for shoppers.
• Conduct product demos or promotional activities to engage customers and boost retail sales efforts.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies regularly and participating in merchandising efforts to highlight featured items.
• Supervise or assist junior team members when necessary, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers alike.

Skills

• Strong proficiency with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Previous supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members effectively.
