We're seeking an individual with experience in retail, gas station, customer service or other relevant industries to join our team of Customer Service Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of product offerings and effective communication skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers make informed decisions, performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about the store's products and services.
• Handle customer concerns effectively.
• Use good judgment when dealing with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Adhere to the company's safety manual and follow all company policies.
• Make decisions based on company policies and procedures.
• Use mathematical skills to perform calculations.
• Age 21 or more

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
