A well-established and rapidly growing gastroenterology practice is seeking a dedicated Gastroenterologist to join their team. The role includes ERCP procedures, hospital duties, and shared call responsibilities, with a clear path to early partnership and potential ownership in a surgical center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ERCP and other gastroenterology procedures.
• Manage inpatient hospital rounds at two regional hospitals.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care and specialty consultations.
• Participate in shared on-call rotations.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized patient treatment plans.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the practice, including potential equity opportunities in affiliated surgical centers.

Requirements:

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Valid medical license, DEA registration, and CDS certification (assistance with licensure is available if needed).
• Experience or willingness to perform ERCP procedures.
• Ability to participate in hospital rounding and 1:9 call schedule.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a multi-provider gastroenterology practice is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
